Ibiza celebrate yesterday for first time the Fashion Revolution Day, a movement to bring everyone in the fashion value chain together and help to raise awareness of the true cost of fashion, show the world that change is possible, and celebrate all those involved in creating a more sustainable future. On 24 April 2013, 1,134 people were killed and over 2,500 were injured when the Rana Plaza complex collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. That’s when Fashion Revolution was born, to remember that every 24 April.
Yesterday at Boulevard Abel Matutes we could see stalls of fashion, accessories, organic food, kids and an information point about Fashion Revolution and slow fashion.
