La Coquette is one of the most trendy shops in Santa Eulalia. A fashion dream come true for two young entrepreneurs from Ibiza that decided to become masters of their own destiny. Alba Martínez Roca and Verónica Marí Marí, both 24, were unemployed, mulling over an idea. “We were always thinking about doing something together, but we had the whole world against us talking about the crisis,” says Alba (in the main picture in the right, reading a magazine). Despite the difficulties, the two girls decided to be adventurous. “We did everything ourselves, restore secondhand furniture, paint, put the wallpaper … whether to put the plugs!”, she recalls, with a laugh.

In March 2012, La Coquette opened its doors for first time. Laureé colors, a lovely decoration and a fashion collection that mixes the modern with vintage-inspired garments are the keys to this flirty store, where you will find the latest trends at low cost rates. “We thought that Santa Eulalia needed a store like this, aimed at a younger audience at affordable prices,” says Alba. After an excellent tourist season, Alba and Veronica are happy to see their dream come true. “If you do not risk not win”, she says.
